Bathroom remodeling trends in recent years have focused on removing the bathtub and supersizing the shower. But that could actually hurt a property’s resale value, depending on the buyers you’re trying to attract.
First-time home buyers say they want a shower-tub combo, ranking it highest among 18 bathroom features, according to the National Association of Home Builders’ What Home Buyers Really Want, 2021 Edition.
Forty-two percent of first-time buyers surveyed call a home with both a shower stall and bathtub in the primary bath desirable; 30% called it essential and a must-have, according to the survey. Do you prefer a home with a bathtub?

You may be ready to start a new adventure in a new home, but what about your pets? Some furry family members may find moving to an unfamiliar place stressful, but there are ways to ease them into it.

Show your pets the lay of the land at the new house. Determine where your pets’ toys, bed and water bowl will go, then take them on a home tour to familiarize them with their designated areas. Be sure to search the home for safety hazards, then let them poke around and discover new scents and favorite spots!

So if you buy a home, and then let's say get transferred and must move before 3 years....25% TAX!!!.
