This one is bittersweet. Our dear friends moved out of the neighborhood, and we will certainly miss them. The good news is that I was able to get a great price for them, and their beautiful Long Beach home.

It's always challenging to make any move, but it's especially challenging to do a concurrent close of a sale, and a purchase in a different area. My clients handled their business like a boss, and got everything dialed in for the new owners as they left.

The professional teams worked beautifully together, which speaks to the quality of people I choose to work with... Relationships I have curated over many years. Big thanks to everoyone who participated and helped with the multiple layers of this challenging sale. We timed everything in a precise way, (practically to the hour), to complete the Long Beach sale, and quickly fund their desert purchase in just a couple days. Not quite brain surgery, but with this many moving parts and professional specialties, it can be a challenge. Everybody stepped up, and we got it done with perfect timing.

We're going to miss our friends, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing their new home out in Joshua Tree, and continuing our friendship in a new bonus location. It is a true honor to be on the team, and I really appreciate the opportunity to excel. Thank you both so much!

It's always great when we get an outstanding outcome for my clients! This was one of those cases.

My seller Yvonne wanted to get into a new home in Oregon, to be closer to family. We were able to get her an outstanding buyer for her house in Long Beach, whose team worked with us on the close of escrow date so all pieces were able to come together smoothly.

Her Long Beach home fetched a strong price, and while we were working on the sale, she found an amazing replacement home. She closed escrow on her Oregon house yesterday, just a few days after closing this sale - a challenge, for sure!

My referral partners in Oregon were super helpful, and as always, the pieces came together as they should.

Were there last minute issues? Well, yeah! Your boy Greg Ernst (013605906) was over there a couple days ago patching some holes, and touching up some paint that was damaged by one of the people who took her up on the "Free Furniture" offers... That's gratitude! I got it done, though. (My client was VERY busy moving her entire life to a new state, and she was grateful for the assist.)

Nonetheless, as always, we got it done for my seller, the buyers, and the whole team in Oregon. Congratulations to everyone involved!
