After so many wonderful years on El Roble Street, it’s bittersweet to officially pass the keys to its next owner. This home has been the backdrop for countless memories, celebrations, milestones, and everyday moments that will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Come by and enjoy free summer concerts at five Long Beach parks from June 23–July 31. This year’s theme, Picnics and Pops, celebrates Long Beach history, culture and community with popular hits across the decades.

Pack a picnic, bring blankets and chairs, and enjoy an evening of delightful sounds of the Long Beach Municipal Band under the stars. ✨

5220 E El Roble Street in Park Estates is officially in escrow… and this one is especially close to my heart because it’s home. 🤍

Like many sellers navigating today’s market, this journey wasn’t completely linear. We listened to what the market was telling us, took a step back, refreshed our approach, and waited for the timing to align. Once it did, the momentum and interest picked right back up — proof that strategy, patience, and timing matter.

Behind every “under contract” sign, there’s usually a lot happening quietly in the background.

Here’s some of the work that often happens before buyers even start touring the home:

Pricing isn’t just about picking a number. It’s about positioning the home so buyers feel excited to schedule a showing and compete.
