After working in this industry for 32+ years, Ray decided to become a first-generation Realtor in 2014. He has maintained strong relationships with all his clients and stays in close contact with each one of them throughout the years. Ray loves the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, jogging, and working out. He was born in Long Beach, CA and has moved around to various cities with his family before purchasing his first home at the age of 21 in Stanton, CA. In a full circle moment at 39, Ray found himself back in Long Beach where he purchased a home in Belmont Heights. As a young man driving to school with his mother, he once pointed at the neighborhood of Belmont Heights saying that’s where he wanted to live one day. His dream of owning in Belmont Heights became a reality in 2008. Ray has been truly blessed to have a strong spiritual relationship with God, which has given him the morals to stay grounded, be honest, and to always do the right thing. Through hard work and perseverance, he has become a friend to many and would love to help many more achieve their dreams of owning a home.
