August, you were a good one. ❤️✨

3 families helped into new homes.
2 vacations with my favorite people.
A whole lot of memories in between.

But more than anything, I’m just grateful.

Grateful for my wife. Grateful for my boys. Grateful for the life we’ve built and the little moments that make it all worth it.

And I’ll never take for granted that people continue to trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Helping families buy and sell homes is something I’m genuinely thankful I get to do.

I look around at my life and realize how blessed I am. I’ve got my wife, my boys, work that I love, and so many memories being made along the way. What more could I ask for? 🙏🏼❤️

Met these two back in April at my Long Beach listing… and now we’re popping champagne in THEIR first home! 🥂🏡😂

We looked ALL over. At one point, we honestly thought Long Beach just wasn’t gonna be in the cards for them. But with a little patience, a lot of looking, and me doing what I do best 😏💪🏼… we negotiated a KILLER deal and got them a beautiful home in Long Beach, close to work, AND under their budget.

That’s the stuff I love. ❤️

It doesn’t matter if it takes one month or one year — I’m gonna be right there with you through the whole journey. And once you get the keys, you’re not getting rid of me either. 😂

So freaking happy for you guys. FIRST HOME!!! 🥂🔑❤️
