🥹🏡 SHE DID IT!!! HER FIRST HOME AT JUST 27 YEARS OLD!!!

Back in April, I met her at an open house in Downey. She walked in with her mom, “just looking,” because she didn’t think homeownership was possible. Months later, they reached back out, we got her preapproved, and WE WERE OFF TO THE RACES! 🏁🔑

Fast forward to today… SHE’S A HOMEOWNER! All on her own, without help from anyone. SHE DID THIS! And I couldn’t be more proud! ❤️🙌🏼

Her parents came to this country to give their daughter a better life. She went on to earn awards and medals in high school, graduate from UCLA, and now buy her very first home at 27. 🇺🇸

THIS is the American dream. Immigrants make America great. ❤️🇺🇸

I’m so grateful I got to be a small part of her journey. Congratulations!!! YOUR HARD WORK PAID OFF! 🏡🔑❤️

So I decided to go completely old school.✒️

I HANDWROTE A LETTER. ✍️😂

No AI-generated flyer.
No perfectly polished Canva graphic.

Just me, a pen, and handwriting that looks like I’m trying to write a ransom note. 😂

Honestly, I’m pretty sure my 4-year-old could write this better than me…

3 families helped into new homes.
2 vacations with my favorite people.
A whole lot of memories in between.

But more than anything, I’m just grateful.

Grateful for my wife. Grateful for my boys. Grateful for the life we’ve built and the little moments that make it all worth it.

And I’ll never take for granted that people continue to trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Helping families buy and sell homes is something I’m genuinely thankful I get to do.

I look around at my life and realize how blessed I am. I’ve got my wife, my boys, work that I love, and so many memories being made along the way. What more could I ask for? 🙏🏼❤️
