-Stock up on your favorite Coffee/Tea and create a corner for them in your kitchen.
-Find a Pilates class you can stick to all week
-Shower & Skincare
-Cook a nutritious meal
-Create a Motivation Playlist for yourself to keep you feeling positive all week
- Actually use your planner, lol
