Marvin’s first real estate experience came as he and his family investe

d in their first home. The type of person who only thinks of the sale and not about the client. Well as you probably guessed Marvin fired the agent and searched for someone else to help, someone who he could trust so he asked for referrals. As he began his real estate business he knew that there would be only one way to build a business and that was by investing in relationships, putting the needs of his clients first, by serving the needs of his clients before, during and after each transaction. His consistency allows him to provide an extremely high level of attention and care to his clients and those that are referred to him. Marvin thinks of his clients like family and values each and every relationship that he develops. He invites you to be a part of his family and experience the personal attention that makes his business one of a kind! Marvin specializes in the sale and purchase of real estate within the Long Beach, Lakewood and surrounding communities. Though he is quite intimate with this area he has assisted buyers and sellers from Northridge to Ladera Ranch, from Hacienda Heights to the Ocean. Marvin believes that knowledge of local market trends and values is paramount to serving a client’s needs. As a fine homes' specialist and Relocation certified Realtor® Marvin has received the blessing of Prudential to assist clients with high end homes and corporate relocations. This privilege was earned by his sales of homes in the top 10% of his market, local charity work and extra courses taken as a result of his desire to learn as much as possible thus becoming better able to serve the needs of his clients. Marvin’s prior experience as a District Sales Manager, Customer Service Supervisor and Marketing Manager give him the skills that he needs to effectively communicate, successfully negotiate offers and market homes for sale. Marvin is consistently on the forefront of technology but also prides himself on hard work to give his clients the best positioning for success. You could say he has the back office of a global company but the service of a small business. Marvin takes his business seriously and like all professional athlete do, he has the assistance of a coach. He is currently coached by the number one business coaching organization in North America. This allows Marvin to constantly work on becoming a better Realtor and learn how to consistently provide outstanding service to his clients. He has been nominated as a Peak Performer and has had the opportunity to network and learn with some of the best Realtors across the United States. This is a huge benefit to Marvin’s clients because no matter where they are moving to he can provide referrals to excellent Realtors® across the country who also believe in putting clients first. As you’ve probably guessed, Marvin chooses to focus his business by referral only. This allows him the time to focus on serving the needs of his current clients and their transactions, while staying in touch with his past clients. Marvin serves his clients before, during and after every transaction and provides a “First Class” experience. He is able to keep in touch with his past clients by way of his Client Appreciation Program. Marvin believes that every relationship is valuable and decided to find ways to appreciate his current clients, past clients, friends and relatives. As a result the Client Appreciation Program was developed and is constantly growing. Marvin appreciates his clients monthly by sending an Item of Value, he occasionally stops by in person with small gifts, and his Annual Client Appreciation Party! Marvin also has his "Premier Client Parties" to show gratitude to his Clients and Business Network that have supported his business through referrals. He is currently building a Business Directory available at his website. Marvin enjoys golf, football, racquetball, basketball, snowboarding, scuba diving and just about any outdoor activity.
