“L.A. in a Minute” is a fast-growing, online video series about interesting aspects of L.A. area life and historical firsts, such as the origins of In-N-Out Burgers and Taco Bell and the world’s oldest dog, who happens to live in L.A.

The series started in January 2022 and its 300+ videos now have millions of views across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. But the single most popular video from L.A. in a Minute, with 1.4 million views, is a feature on the history of Lakewood.
