My best Real Estate advice is to Buy, Rehab, Rent, Repeat. And IF/WHEN the market takes off, YOU take off with it. SELL! Take your profit and move on. Buy another property or pay off a mortgage or two. Enjoy earning double digit rental returns and/or pay off your primary home, then enjoy the peace and security of your mortgage free properties. OWNING is the ultimate goal - THEN you can relax and be the successful investor, profiteer, man about town, bon vivant that is you!
