🥳 Congrats to Rob & Alexia on becoming first time homeowners 🏡 This home search was extra special✨since this lovely couple was referred to me by my dear longtime friend 🥰. We started off condo hunting 🌇 but after weighing out the pros and cons, we ended up viewing single family homes 🏠 and made a deal 🤝 on this gorgeous Imperial Estates Cinderella Home in📍Lakewood CA. We negotiated seller paid termite repairs, a cash 💵 credit for the buyers’ closing costs and closed escrow within 3 weeks. I am so happy for this young family 👨‍👩‍👦and look forward to what the future holds for them in their new home 💕

🥳Congrats to Luz & Ramon 👩‍❤️‍👨on their AMAZING achievement! We had a great time celebrating at their housewarming party a couple weeks ago 🍾🥂🥲After years of hard work 🚛👩🏾‍🍳and planning, they’ve taken the leap and have paved the way of homeownership 🏠for future generations. Even in this crazy market we were able to negotiate a full electrical🔌 wiring upgrade, plumbing 👨🏻‍🔧repairs, and credits 💵towards closing costs!
