This is such a special one. I met Jun & Thelma at an open house for one of my listings. Turns out, they'd been looking for a while with another real estate agent, but they couldn't find a home. We talked about what they needed, and after we got set up with their lender, we found them a home on the first weekend of looking.

But not without challenges. We had to negotiate seller credit and other things to make everything work. Thank you for the trust you put in my craft, and allowing me to be part of your journey to become first time home buyers.

When in Santa Clarita, go to – they have been serving steaks and many more since the 1960s. My photo and video do not do justice to the experience. The restaurant has that “old soul, old tavern-ish” feel. I also got to hike for a bit!

For one of my listings, the owner does not live in the home and something happened with the pool filter; and the pool had a sea of algae. I got my reliable vendor to work on it. Whew… they work fast and got it ready by the open house weekend. Looking great, ready for the next buyer to swim in it. Just another day on a real estate agent's life

In escrow for this Norwalk Home. 

Everything is going smoothly, except we are having a challenge finding home insurance; at least 4 carriers have said no. We were told there was a major leak that resulted in a significant claim. The sellers, though, have said nothing of that nature has happened. An insurance brokerage I work with a lot found out the reason. Due to the same address for the 27-unit condo compound, only separated by unit numbers, other carriers red-marked the compound. The vendor I recommended to the buyers got them the home insurance coverage needed. Who you work with matters.
