I first met my client at an open house. She was a single mom, unemployed, but determined to buy a home. Over time, she landed a job, put herself through nursing school, and earned her license.

At the end of last year, we got an offer accepted on a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a family room—a bit of a fixer-upper, but full of potential. Her family was ecstatic!

Just a few days before closing, disaster struck: the house flooded. Thankfully, the insurance company stepped in, renovating the floors, painting, and even updating a bathroom.

Today, I’m thrilled to share that we have finally closed! Congratulations to my very happy client on her beautiful new home! 🏠💫
