Multiple Offers don’t stop this agent! Communication is key! Most clients and the public in general do not understand what goes on behind the scenes to the full extent. I was very strategic with this one. My client wanted it baaaaaad! There were over 70 people at the Open House on Saturday! We knew there was be stiff competition. So I threw EVERYTHING I could think of to communicate we WOULD close, my client LOVED this property and that I was a consummate professional! I mean, that’s my job, right? 🙂

1️⃣ My career has never defined me. In fact I felt very out of place when I first began my journey in Real Estate. That is until I made the decision to serve my clients with my unique experience + sensibilities given to me through both nurture + nature. Authenticity fixed everything!
2️⃣ I am a Grandmother! I did not want to be called Grandma. Instead I go by “ViVi”
3️⃣ I like to get dirty! No, not in that way! In the garden, around the horses, dogs on the furniture, hands in the mixing bowl, windy/dusty/rainy roads..
4️⃣ I buy myself fresh flowers every week.
5️⃣ I have one tattoo.
6️⃣ I have been utterly obsessed with horses since I can remember but didn’t learn to ride until I was 29.
7️⃣ I have 2 sisters + 3 brothers. We are all very close in age + we’re blessed to have lived within miles of one another for decades. Not so much now but the foundation has been laid.
8️⃣ I am underneath it all an introvert. If I leave your party early, please don’t take it personally! I run out of things to say in large rooms of small talk.
9️⃣ I am a fairly talented artist, but I put it all on the back burner for years. Time to start dabbling (again)
🔟 I am extremely camera shy, but have learned over time to suck it up + just have fun with it all (and resource some insanely talented photographers)
