Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) is a national, nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and service coordination for persons with limited incomes. RHF provides housing and services to more than 22,500 older adults, low-income families, and persons with disabilities. The RHF logo symbolizes a program that has grown from the very modest beginnings of a $7,000 investment. With this investment, combined with the efforts of three United Church of Christ (UCC) visionaries, RHF has grown to be one of the largest organizations devoted to building and preserving affordable housing for the most vulnerable members of society.

Verde View in Camp Verde, AZ, was honored to serve as a host location for the Yavapai County Elections Travel Board’s Early Ballot Collection Box. Residents appreciated the convenience, accessibility, and security of having a trusted ballot drop-off location right in their community. Strong participation reflected residents’ commitment to civic engagement and community involvement.

Verde View is pleased to continue supporting its residents, as the Early Ballot Collection Box will return on October 22 for the General Election, providing another convenient and secure location for eligible voters to submit their ballots.

By helping make civic participation more accessible, Verde View is proud to support an engaged and connected community!

On Tuesday, October 13, Los Arcos in Poway, CA, celebrated the promotion of Natalie Arbino to Community Manager with a fun-filled, Pikachu-inspired “Power-Up Party”! 🎉💛

Although Natalie has served as Assistant Manager since April, residents and staff were excited to recognize her new role and celebrate her dedication, professionalism, intelligence, and kindness. Knowing Natalie is a big Pikachu fan who enjoys playing Pokémon on her phone, the community came together to create the perfect themed celebration!

The community room was transformed into a sea of yellow, complete with themed treats like Pikachu Power Cakes (cupcakes), Thunder Puff Snacks (cheese puffs), and Thunderbolt Punch (lemonade). Creative volunteers added to the fun with yellow balloons decorated with adorable Pikachu-inspired faces, while residents and staff captured special memories with Natalie through group photos. 📸

Los Arcos is thrilled to have Natalie leading the community and looks forward to all the wonderful things ahead. Her positive energy and commitment make her a shockingly awesome addition to the team! ⚡
