Today, I closed on a truly special property! I remember working with my client when he first purchased this tiny beach shack several years ago, and I could not have imagined the incredible transformation that would follow. Watching him turn it into the stunning home it is today has been amazing.

Congratulations to my Cousin Christy and Jay on the sale of their home! Some may say that working with family can sometimes come with its own set of challenges, but not in this case. These two were awesome! And while it’s never easy to pack up a home of nearly 40 years, getting their home into escrow and closing went pretty smoothly. I’m just happy to have been be a part of this important chapter in their lives. Now they are off to a new adventure of building a dream home in Arizona near their daughter and son-in-law, two beautiful grandkids and my cousin’s mom (my aunt.) Four generations! I wish them nothing but the best and many happy, new memories!
