I don’t often post success stories, but this one was a DOOZY! 🤪

I met Emebet when she inquired about a listing of mine this past summer. She wasn’t happy with her real estate agent and was looking for someone to help her. She loved my listing and got an accepted offer, but realized it wasn’t quite the one after all. We worked on putting together a list of what was important to her in her new home and began searching again. Emebet was very particular about her future home and had to back out of a few deals due to inspections gone wrong. She even backed out of this one due to a low appraisal, but we persevered and finally got the seller to reduce the price a couple months later. And now we finally close! Oh yeah, and she received a $50k grant! Congrats on all your hard work, Emebet! Enjoy your new home!! 🎉🎉
