Our Story

Local communities are the foundation of our society. GROW Mortgages strives to help our community prosper and thrive by increasing local home ownership and empowering financial development. Our mission is to simplify mortgage transactions, solve foreclosure issues, and act as a one-stop financing resource to make the American Dream a reality for everyone. GROW was founded in 2010 to relieve distressed homeowners in the wake of the global financial crisis. Since then, we have blossomed into a close-knit team of dynamic young professionals and support staff. As members of the local community continue to face financial uncertainty, we have it our number one priority to ensure that our clients in Los Angeles County and beyond have the tools they need to solve all of their financial concerns. GROW’s team assists its clients in financing home purchases, applying for financial assistance, and refinancing and modifying their current mortgages with more favorable terms. The professionals at GROW have years of experience successfully working with various lenders, from Bank of America to Litton Loan Servicing. GROW also provides its clients with free foreclosure consultations which include a loan modification analysis, a property tax review, and a property profile.
