COMING SOON TO WEST BOCA — AGAVE BOCA

I’ve been following Agave Boca closely, and this is one new-construction community I believe prospective Boca Raton buyers should have on their radar early.

Current plans call for approximately 322 luxury townhomes on the east side of Lyons Road between Glades and Yamato, with prices expected to start around $1.3 million. Construction is anticipated to begin in late 2026, with the models and sales office expected to open in 2027. Many important details—including floor plans, amenities, HOA fees, premiums and actual release pricing—have not yet been announced.

One important warning: please do not visit the sales office without me once it opens. The builder’s sales representatives represent the developer. I represent you, at no additional cost to you. Proper broker registration from the very first visit is extremely important.

With 37 years of construction and engineering experience, including luxury residential development, I bring considerably more to a new-construction purchase than simply writing the contract. I remain involved throughout the process—from evaluating the community and selecting the right residence through construction, site visits, inspections, walkthrough and closing.
