I can't help it if I give great advice.

Kidding aside, I'll always tell you the truth.

I'll tell you that the house is overpriced.

I'll tell you that the "small project" is not small.

I'll tell tell you that you should absolutely not waive the inspection to win the bid.

And I'll tell you that you should absolutely know your max before getting in a bidding war.

If you want someone who will always give you a straight opinion, that's exactly what you'll get.
