Medium-size commercial real estate firm in Long Island City, Queens seeks Executive Assistant to provide administrative and marketing support to Division President/broker and team of 3-4 brokers. Position includes designing marketing materials including: pitch presentations, flyers, email blasts, postcards, social media, property signage, and local and national web advertising. Additional responsibilities include managing vendor invoices and company expenses/reimbursements.
Qualifications
• Computer fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Detail-oriented and adept at multi-tasking
• Not required to have knowledge of commercial real estate. Adaptable, motivated, and quick-learning individuals are preferred
• Outstanding organizational, administrative, and management skills a must
• Excellent phone communication skills
Compensation
• $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience
