Hi All! Hope everyone had a great holiday season. I used to live in Maryland and moved to DE, but still have my MD license. I don't do as many sales in MD and was wondering if there is a special addendum for a Radon Inspection other than putting a Seller on notice that a Buyer would like option to do a Radon inspection through the Property Inspections addendum. Is there any other other addendum I would need to provide a Seller to emphasize that my Buyer would like that option for a MAR contract?
