n, Kelli moved to Chicago to begin her professional career. She obtained her Series 6 & 63 Investment License and worked for JP Morgan Chase for several years. Cultivating and Nurturing private client relationships was her passion. In 2008, Kelli pursued her Masters Degree in Business Administration. In 2013, she moved to Sarasota as a partner in a real estate investment company called TRAM Homes. Her passion for Real Estate began to emerge throughout her experience during this time. She attended the Fortune Builders Mastery Program, and learned about Investing in the Real Estate market. Kelli holds herself and her team to a very high standard. Her passion for learning, numbers/analytics, industry knowledge, and self development is what sets her apart from others. Her niche lies in working with Investors, and she is part of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). Kelli holds her certification as a negotiation expert (RENE) and investor/second home specialist (RSPS).
