We took a huge risk on building our first spec home, Hibiscus Hideaway 🌺

Hibiscus Hideaway was our priority from the very beginning, and every detail was the result of a carefully crafted vision. Just 9 months after breaking ground, we received our CO, and our buyers officially have a beautiful new place to call home. We couldn’t be happier for them!

Hibiscus Hideaway was our very first development project, but it certainly won’t be our last. We currently have 4 more design + build spec projects underway, and we can’t wait to share what’s next.

A huge thank you to all of our vendors, subcontractors, and partners who helped bring this vision to life🤍

Built from the ground up in just 9 months by JA Builds, with an organic tropical modern design by The Bennett Collective.

Every detail was thoughtfully selected to bring together natural textures, warm tones, and modern coastal living-creating a home that feels distinctly Florida while still elevated and timeless.

So excited to finally share the finished result. 🤍
