Full-circle moment!🏡

3 years ago I had the opportunity to help my seller purchase this Enfield, CT home as a first-time homebuyer. Fast forward 3 years, he decided it was time to sell and move on to his next chapter. I was so grateful he trusted me once again- this time to help him sell his very first home. 🥹

And today, we officially closed! 🎉

CLOSING DAY! 🏡✨

A couple of years ago my buyers and I sat down for our buyer consultation at their kitchen table. We spent time getting to know each other, talked about their goals, the home buying process and we clicked automatically.

Fast forward through numerous showings, they finally found THE ONE, and today… they officially get to call this South Hadley beauty HOME (and on their anniversary)!🥹🏡🤍
