Two families, two closings and two huge reasons to celebrate 🏡✨
Congratulations to my amazing buyers on officially closing on their new homes a few days ago in Feeding Hills and Springfield! Their journeys definitely came with their fair share of hurdles, unexpected twists, and stressful moments, but they stayed patient, determined, and never gave up on finding the right home. In such a competitive market, they still managed to find the perfect place to start their next chapters and I couldn’t be happier for them!

Also, a HUGE thank you to my mom, Christine Libardi Arps, for “coming out of retirement” and taking such incredible care of my clients while I’ve been on our honeymoon. As a Realtor/Broker of 30 years- and the person I’ve learned everything I know from- she’s made it possible for me to truly relax and enjoy this time away knowing everything back home is being handled with so much care. From going on showings, helping prepare upcoming listings, managing current pendings, and making sure everything continues running smoothly, she’s been amazing through it all. I am incredibly blessed and grateful to have her. Truly the best mom ever 🫶
