I love what I do and will always "roll up my sleeves" to go the extra mile for my clients. ISADORA SARTO
Your Real Estate Professional

For Isadora Sarto, it’s all a matter of taste. For over 20 years, she was a top chef in some of the hottest culinary cities in the country, including Boston, Los Angeles, and New York. She even competed on Food Network’s reality shows Chopped and Extreme Chef. How

ever, Isadora decided to put down her knife and pivot to a new career. She’s gone from working in 5-star hotels to becoming a 5-star rated agent on Zillow and Google. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Isadora made the career change in 2016 when she became a licensed Realtor® and agent. "I have been studying real estate investing for the past 10 years," she says. "I have a passion for all aspects of real estate marketing, investment, and trends. I also have the desire to uplift and energize the community through desirable housing." Isadora enjoys helping people find their dream homes or investment properties, and she’s passionate about building lasting relationships. “I like representing a client and helping them to the best of my abilities,” she says. “I was recently able to assist an older client in downsizing, and it was very gratifying to ease the transition for them. I believe that a good Realtor® understands that this is ultimately a people business—we are not just selling houses.”

This passion for helping others is reflected in Isadora’s role models. As a youngster, she admired revolutionary chef Julia Child, who introduced French cuisine to the American public. Now, she draws inspiration from motivating figures like Thich Nhat Hanh, Brian Tracy, and Jim Rohn. A mom of two, Isadora embraces a Zen approach to both work and life. Her favorite hobbies include exploring spirituality, meditation, and living life with design and purpose. This focus helps her stay in the moment and offer her best to those around her.

Overpricing your home may seem like a safe strategy, but in today’s market, it can cost sellers time, leverage, and money.

In Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, the first 7–14 days on the market are critical. Homes that are priced correctly from the start attract stronger offers, while overpriced homes tend to sit and require price reductions.

In this video, Isadora with e Realty Advisors explains why strategic pricing matters more than ever and how sellers can position their homes for success.

If you’re considering selling, understanding how to price your home correctly is key.

Is waiting for the housing market to crash the right strategy?

For buyers in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, waiting can mean higher rents, missed equity, and ultimately paying more later.

If you’re considering buying and want to understand the numbers based on your situation, this video breaks it down clearly.
