If you’ve ever been in the market for multi families then you might know, you can show up to see a property and the tenant won’t let you in - and that makes it really hard to sell the property! 😬 One of the many things that can happen in real estate.
It’s extremely important to me to establish a good rapport with tenants, provide a good experience for both the seller and tenants, and be able to market the property well to maximize the Seller’s net.
