There are two things which are critically important in selling a home. 1. would be making sure that the home is priced correctly for the market. IF the house is not priced correctly, then it is just going to sit there and develop a "shelf life".
2. It is very important to stage the home. Recently, we took over a listing in Agawam. The house had wallpaper on several walls that was about 40 years old. We worked with the sellers and painted the rooms, brought in draperies, pictures, plants etc..and did some staging. When we were done the house had a new, fresh look. Prior to us taking over that listing, hat house sat on the market for over 6 months. So whether you are buying or selling, we sincerely hope that you will give us a call.
