Here we have an example of a "Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor System" installed to help stabilize lateral movement of a foundation wall.
Lateral movement, or horizontal movement, in a foundation occurs when one side of the foundation shifts sideways relative to the other, often caused by soil expansion and contraction, and can lead to cracks, leaning walls, and other structural issues.
