Us: waiting around and checks in multiple times with listing agent of if our offer is being considered 🤨

Seller agent: Oh, you're still here. We accepted an offer $75k+ over asking and they waived inspection and appraisal. 🧐

Us: 🤯😵

On to the next one. It's tough in the real estate streets, friends.

Happy National Christmas Lights Day (yep, that's a thing). That's one of my favorite activities during the holiday season. We start at the Boulderado Hotel to see their giant Christmas tree, then we take hot chocolates to go and drive through Boulder and Longmont admiring all the Christmas light displays. ☃️🎁
