🚨 **Condo buyers and owners—there's an important financing change taking effect August 1.**

If you're planning to buy, sell, or refinance a condominium, these new Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements could affect your transaction.

Lenders will now be taking a closer look at:
✅ HOA financial health
✅ Reserve funding
✅ Insurance coverage
✅ Deferred maintenance
✅ Pending special assessments

This doesn't mean condos can't be financed—but it does mean some communities may require additional review, more documentation, and potentially longer approval timelines.

Today wasn’t just a closing day it was the beginning of a beautiful new chapter for a wonderful family.

This journey wasn’t easy. We faced unexpected obstacles, moments of uncertainty, and times when it felt like everything was working against us. But through it all, they never lost faith, and I remained confident that we would find a way to get them home. One step at a time, we kept moving forward, and today they are officially homeowners.
