You don't need to fix up your property before you sell.?? LIES LIES LIES
The seller called us to come and take a look to see what they could get for the home. They were interviewing other agents, who said don't worry about fixing it up in this market it won't make that much of a difference.
As part of our process we brought in our designer and homes stager to do a quality of life upgrade analysis. She came back with a large list everything was well maintained but original 1993 condition. We paired it down to exactly what would get the most bang for the buck. And walla an extra 500k in their pocket.
