The best-sounding piece of furniture in Boulder County lives in my Erie living room.

That’s just the opener. Summit County has a free stargazing night at Dillon Amphitheater on the 11th, four separate 4th of July celebrations across Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon and Breckenridge, and a full amphitheater lineup all month: Neighbor on the 20th, David Lee Roth on the 23rd, Young the Giant on the 31st.

Add the Beer Festival, the Food & Wine Festival, and farmers’ markets running every week, and July doesn’t have a slow week in it.

From the Ground Up | Our Breckenridge, CO Mountain Home 🏔️

This week on the build — the roof is going up, and Quandary Peak is right there. We didn’t plan that view. We just got lucky enough to build in a place that makes you stop and stare every single time.

The hot tub is taking shape in the backyard. The guest vanities are in. Every piece of this home is becoming real, one week at a time.
