Real Estate Brokers
For each three-year license cycle, all active real estate brokers must complete 24 hours of continuing education. This includes the Annual Commission Update Course for each of the three years in the license cycle and 12 hours of elective credit, which can be taken at any time during the license cycle.

For brokers newly licensed in 2026, although there is no continuing education requirement, you still have to renew by December 31, 2026, to maintain your license.
Thereafter, you will be required to complete 24 hours of continuing education in each future licensing cycle.
