The end of the year closings are always special because they indicate the turning of pages on many levels.

2025 was a rough year in real estate. Listings sat on the market longer and there were more price reductions this year than in the previous 5 years. Buyers indicated that they were expecting more in their home purchases, were able to take their time looking for their exact match and found that they could ask for more with little pushback.

Helping these families turn their page into their next chapter took more time than we planned, but as it always happens, the timing ended up being perfect for all parties. As we end this year and look forward to the adventures the next will bring, I wish you all the joy and hope of the season, and can't wait to serve you in the new year!
