Being the son of a Naval Officer, my six siblings and I moved with our family to Colorado in 1977 after my father's engineering firm was chosen to rebuild the dam and power plant after the Big Thompson Canyon Flood. I returned to California in 1978 to start, own, and operate a successful seafood restaurant in San Diego before I changed careers to aviation in 1992. I became a flight instructor, unt

Growing up with real estate experience has led to me mastering the business. Over the past 25+ years, my professional approach to marketing Seller's properties or finding the right properties for buyers has made me one of the top agents in the Front Range. Approximately 80% of my business comes from past customers and referrals. With my range of sales and properties, I am able to help each customer. For sellers, it can mean a better sales price. Data shows, on average homes sell for 4% more in the typical Summer month compared to usual month in the Fall or Winter (when demand typically falls off).
