I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Each year, I looked forward to my family’s trips to Colorado. As an avid skier, fisherman, and outdoorsman, I moved to Boulder in 2002 to attend the University of Colorado. I studied communication, business, and economics. During college, I worked for the Koth Group of Re/Max Alliance and learned the real estate markets of Longmont and Boulder. After graduation, I mov

ed to Aspen. I was a ski instructor with the Ski and Snowboard Schools of Aspen/Snowmass and certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America - Rocky Mountain Division. I enjoyed building relationships with my clients and coaching all levels of alpine skiers. In 2010, I moved to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law. During law school, I earned a spot on the Dean’s Honors List as well as the Academic Achievement award. I graduated in 2012 and quickly moved back to Boulder to settle with my wife and daughter. I was admitted to the State Bar of Colorado in 2013. My law practice focused on estate planning and tax. I am passionate about real estate and offering my professional and educational experience to provide my clients with the highest quality of service. I have a keen attention to detail and pride myself on dealing with my clients professionally, responsibly, and ethically.

It took a little while to sell this one but the right deal finally came together!

This was a story of the first offer not necessarily being the best offer. With a little patience, the seller chose to pass on an initial offer and wait for a better fit. Soon afterwards a great local buyer approached with a straight forward offer at a good price. It was smooth sailing all the way to closing once we had the right pieces in place.

Congrats to my client the seller. Thank you for letting me help with your transition out of state! And congrats to the buyers! What a unique Lyons property and I know you'll enjoy those views of Heil Ranch!

Congrats to my clients the sellers and also to the new owner of this wonderful move-in ready home in West Longmont!

For this listing, we deployed the Compass 3-phased marketing plan.

Phase 1 - we started marketing immediately as a "private exclusive". This allowed us to soft-launch the listing while we continued to make preparations and dial-in the marketing plan and pricing. All this happening while the clients were out of the country!

Phase 2 - we launched as a "coming soon" to announce and more formally introduce the listing to a larger audience. Similar to a movie premier to generate early buzz and excitement.

Phase 3 - we went live on the mls and all listing channels with a public open house that first weekend.

The results: showings booked immediately, a busy open house, full price offer submitted quickly, under contract in 3 days, closed in 30 days!
