One of the things I love best about my job (besides touring stunning homes🏠) is the inspiration I find from amazing designers!

I ❤️ all the light in this home. It really brings the outdoor surroundings inside - the windows act as a canvas highlighting the mountains. I especially love the contrast of the dark paint in the dining room…and the bunk room? My three boys would love that!

👋Hi there!👋 Since I don’t show my face too often, here’s a peek of what I look like. Here I am…sitting and waiting to show a house to a client. Yes, I have floofy hair. I’ve tried to contain it over the years. It’s out of control and I’ve given up!

A few things to know about me:
1) I drive with music blaring all the time. I could be jamming to Adele, Elton John, Taylor Swift or The Beastie Boys depending on my mood. You might even hear me singing if the sunroof is open when I pull up. 🎵😉

2) I have three boys who are all witty, smart assess and they make me laugh every day. They are our best contribution to the world. 💙

3) Beside a mountain stream, listening to the water and reading a book in a hammock while watching my husband fly fish 🎣 is the most zen I ever feel…Just don’t tell my him or it’ll upset the game we play called “Do we really need to go fishing again?” 🤫

4) We have two dogs named Duke and Daisy. (Their names were an accident, not in reference to the iconic ‘80s TV show - She’s named after The Great Gatsby and his name is from my cousin’s favorite dog.) And two sassy cats named Luna & Junebug. Our house is always filled with a little bit of chaos.

5) I grew up on the border of Littleton / Golden but my parents moved me to rural Iowa right before high school. (Still bitter about that.) The hubs grew up in Sacramento and after we spent 15 years freezing our butts off in Minneapolis and Ann Arbor, we started looking for warmer weather. Our family ended up in the Boulder Valley in 2013 and we ❤️ it here.

6) Our family moved three times in a decade…different time zone and stage of life each time. If you’re moving and stressed, I get it. It’s why I do this. There are a LOT of crappy agents out there, make sure you interview them. Ask the tough questions, don’t be afraid to keep shopping around until you find one who feels like the right fit.
