Jacob made it happen! After being licensed for over two years, Jacob set a goal to sell his first house this summer before heading back to CU. He found his buyers this incredible acreage property in Erie, worked through the whole transaction like he’d done it a dozen times and earlier this week he sat with his happy buyers at the closing table, got his check, hugged his mom and then went back to class.
