"Average" sales price in Boulder County which includes the city of Boulder is over $1 million. Data was taken from Feb. 1st 2022 to Feb. 22, 2022. Let me know if you have questions.

Gov. Polis is shifting the stay-at-home order to safer-at-home on Monday. And while most real estate business will still be conducted in a virtual manner, property showings have been deemed appropriate to resume starting April 27th. Buyers are still Buying and Sellers are still Selling. Three homes came on the market in my subdivision and within 7 days all three are under contract. We sanitize prior to going into a home and again when we leave. Closings are taking place with the title company doing a curb side signing so buyers and sellers do not need to get out of their car.
