🚨 THIS IS WHY YOU NEVER WAIVE YOUR BUILDER WARRANTY INSPECTION. 🚨

More and more, we’re seeing builders place restrictions on independent home inspectors. They don’t want us removing electrical panel covers. They don’t want us walking the roof. And now, some don’t want us running sewer cameras.

But today is a perfect example of WHY THESE INSPECTIONS MATTER.

During a builder warranty inspection, we ran a sewer camera and discovered a DAMAGED SEWER LINE APPROXIMATELY 75 FEET INTO THE SYSTEM — UNDER A HOME BUILT ON A SLAB.

Think about that. 👀

This isn’t a loose cabinet handle or a paint touch-up. A damaged sewer line underneath a concrete slab can potentially become a MAJOR AND EXPENSIVE REPAIR if it isn’t discovered and addressed.

Your new home may look perfect from the outside, but some of the most important defects are in places you simply CAN’T SEE.

DON’T WAIVE YOUR BUILDER WARRANTY INSPECTION.
And when possible, add a SEWER CAMERA INSPECTION.

Find the problems while the builder may still be responsible for addressing them—not after they become yours.
