One work order? Both of them are coming.
Changing a lightbulb? Better bring backup. 💡😂
Checking an apartment? Team meeting.
Fixing something that clearly requires ONE person?
Absolutely not. We ride at dawn. 🤣

But in all seriousness, this is what TEAMWORK looks like at Pelican Crossing! 💪

Our maintenance team works together, has each other’s backs, and makes sure things get DONE. Whether the job needs one person or two, you can pretty much guarantee these guys are tackling it together. 😂

We’re lucky to have a maintenance team that takes pride in our community, our residents, and each other. ❤️🔧🏠
