Some closings hit just a little bit harder and this one was one of those. I met Angie years ago when she was my doctors nurse. I gave her my card and she kept it and remembered me when she was ready to buy a house! We saw a handful of houses but ended up back at the first one! So thankful for a great agent on the other side, Mec Cheney and for Brenda Hayes at title. We had some last minute hiccups but these two brightened my day with my shiny nickel and made my back to back Tyler trips way better. 😉

Out here playing landscaper today in Marshall to help my client out before appraisal! Get an agent who isn’t afraid to get dirty and put the work in to make sure you have what you need! I’m not saying I have a side hustle coming as a landscaper…. but I managed to do a little damage to these bushes. Even saved some robin eggs. 🦸‍♀️😅
