I couldn’t pass on sharing this one. Jessica is a GOAT of east texas real estate. Seriously one of the best agents I know. This post says so much truth. Social media can make real estate seem effortless and glitzy with over the top exaggerated numbers and content. But the truth is agents battle behind the scenes issues all day everyday between title, buyers, sellers, inspectors, contractors and more. We work diligently so that the stress never has to reach our clients if possible. But every transaction is different with many different moving parts and sometimes things can be out of our control. Being an agent is such hard work but can be so rewarding getting to be a part of such a special time in our clients lives. Well done again Jessica 👏🏻🎉

WOW this was a BIG sale…

not in the sense that the home is a million dollar property but the sweat effort put into getting this property sold was a lot & it reminds me why I love what I do. Real estate is often times glamorized by what you see on TV & social media posts but in my extensive career, real estate is a job. It’s a lot of hard work & effort, everyday… 7 days a week. We went through not one but 4 buyers to get this to the finish line. The 1st buyer was cash & had a change of heart, the 2nd backed out within the option period with no real legitimate explanation (which sometimes happens in real estate), the 3rd buyer drug us through months of changes to back out at the 11th hour. Finally…. The 4th buyer did a temporary lease due to needing to sell their home in Houston & that took longer than anticipated. After what seemed like an eternity (to everyone involved..LOL) we got this house sold! I had the absolute honor & privilege to work with both the buyer & seller on this transaction. Working as an intermediary without appointees is a difficult task that needs to be handled with care. It is not for everyone but in this specific situation it worked for all parties involved. This was not a straight forward home to sell, it’s a tiny home that is not 100% completed on land in a rural location. That alone is a recipe for a very specific buyer… we did it not once but 4 times… LOL!! I am beyond happy & proud to get this home to the finish line & the new owners are ecstatic to call this place home. I can’t wait to see how they transform it into their forever home. Congrats to everyone & please help me welcome the buyer’s to East Texas.
