I LOVE delivering closing gifts!!! I got to go to two families and congratulate them once again!

I didn’t get a closing picture with my brother and his amazing family because they actually signed their papers while out of state! Kyle, Carly and Bobbi, I am so excited to see what y’all do with your new fixer upper! I know y’all will make it beautiful! I loved getting to work with you and seeing all the “gems” that came on the market 😂. We definitely had quite the experience but you truely bought the best of them all. Congratulations!!!

It’s official! The ink is dry and we are DONE! 3 days on the market and a flawless team working together, this sale couldn’t have gone any better. No fires, disasters, or extensions. It was the BEST sale. I am so excited for my in-laws, Jim and Rochelle! Congrats y’all!! I’m so excited for you!
And the best part is, they sold to a great military couple and we all got to sit around the closing table and swap stories and make connections. The buyers agent just so happens to come from our small home town in WA so we got to talk about all the ways we knew each other’s family. Jim actually worked with the agents dad! 2,300 miles away and Jim still knows everyone 😂

What is one way to get the attention of buyers? Paint the exterior of your home! Scrape off that old chipping paint and give it a face lift! Curb appeal is HUGE and is the main factor when wanting to give a great first impression!

Do you have a brick home? A good pressure wash can make it look good as new! If that isn't the look you are going for, did you know you can STAIN brick? Painting brick can be damaging and doesn't allow the bricks to "breathe" so stain is a great alternative if you're wanting to spice things up a bit!

Congratulations to my AMAZING in-laws, Rochelle and Jim Pittis!! After months of searching for a pool, we finally found one and it just so happens to come with a beautiful house 😜.
