Happy first day of fall, East Texas! 🍂🍁

A new season means a fresh look at the Longview market. In August, our median sales price was $269,000, with 72 homes sold and 364 active listings. We’re sitting at 5.4 months of inventory, which means buyers have more options and sellers have a little more competition.
