With school starting back, we are back to our normal busy schedule- full of maintenance cleans. With that being said, here are a couple reminders for new AND existing clients:

- PAYMENT is due the DAY OF cleaning, before I leave!!! Any payments received after 5pm will be considered late. A late fee will apply each day after that. Please be considerate of my time and business.
I do not always work alone, my team members need to get paid and I should not have to pay them out of my pocket when they didn’t clean MY house 🙂 if keeping up with Venmo or cash becomes an issue, you will be required to keep your card on file or submit payment before your clean!

- CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULES
If you need to cancel or reschedule your clean, please provide at least 3 days notice to avoid our 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is based on our availability. My clients have set days and times, I cannot move them around!
If there is an illness in your home, please message me to reschedule after that contagious period has passed.
Please also note if you are a biweekly client and skip a clean, meaning it’s been one month since your previous clean- you will be charged a monthly cleaning price, not biweekly.

- CLEANING PREP
Fortunately for you I am not one of those companies that requires you to pre clean your home before I come 😊
But, here are some things I do need your help with:
• providing a clean, unclogged, charged and working vacuum
• keeping your drains unclogged or keeping Drano under sink
• providing clean mop heads for your ocedar or steam mop
• keeping stock in paper towels, laundry detergent and trash bags
• & please PLEASE get your own toilet brush for EACH bathroom!
Although I do not require pick up, an excessive amount of pick up or clutter may result in an additional fee. Remember, the less time I spend picking up, the more time I have to clean your HOME! 🫧

- THINGS WE DO NOT CLEAN🚫
Please understand that for health and safety purposes, we do not clean or remove human or pet f***s, vomit, urine or other biohazards.

Please remember that I am also a mom, wife, daughter and friend. When I’m off work, I’d like to spend time doing those things instead of chasing down payments. Thank you for helping me run things smoothly!
