“But that’s not your job”

“Well it is because the sellers have already moved to Waco, and I care about the new owners.”

When you care about people and love your work, you will often find yourself doing things that “are not your job”. My job IS to make real estate transactions as smooth as I possibly can, so if that means doing a final vacuum on a property the day before it closes so that it leaves a better impression during the buyer’s final walk-through, then you bet I will vacuum!

I was surprised by the question, but instantly had an answer. After years in real estate, I have a good feel for what has the most mass appeal. You should buy a house based on your current needs and wants, but thinking long term is wise too. Let me use my experience to your advantage.
