Sharp Property Management is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have experience with household repairs and handyman work, we want to hear from you.
📌 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Prior maintenance experience
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (proof of insurance required)
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
✅ Comfortable working in various environmental and physical conditions
✅ Must pass a background check
✅ Must have and maintain your own hand tools (we provide consumables like lightbulbs, paint, batteries, etc.)
💰 Starting Pay: $22/hr (Negotiable Based on Experience)
