The career change from retail to real estate was a suggestion from her husband, Bob, owner of Farrell & Boswell Land Company. Bob is a seasoned Longview real estate broker and developer of rural properties in East Texas. Debi, a former educator and retail store owner in Longview, has had firsthand knowledge of the real estate market for over 33 years through her husband's business. She has been a

multi-million dollar producer every year since becoming a realtor, and attributes this to working hard, working smart, and working full time. Whether assisting old friends or newly formed ones, Debi has a knack for making everyone feel comfortable and informed during the entire real estate transaction. Debi and Bob have lived in a variety of homes in Longview, ranging from the "mini ranch" with 50 acres , cows, and horses, to a home on a small lot, with the only "livestock" being a golden retriever. They enjoy time with son, Steven, daughter, Julie, their spouses, Zach and Nancy and grandsons, Jameson and Luke.
