After spending the first half of my life in front of house service and management, I was able to translate my extensive background in customer service to the real estate profession. Using those honed "people" skills when negotiating with my counterparts on the other side has provided me with an exceptionally high rate of accepted offers for buyers, and top dollar for my sellers. When I am not helping others pursue their dreams, I like to spend as much time as possible with my wife and two children.

🍎 Supporting Our Cowlitz County Kids & Educators! 📚

So excited to be a part of the Cowlitz County community and be able to support our local elementary school kids and educators each and every month!
Last week, we donated snacks to Columbia Elementary in Woodland, and in November, we are going to Castle Rock Elementary. It's just a small drop in the bucket, but every donation counts when it comes to making sure our kids have the energy to make their learning experience successful.

We had a great turn out for this month's Kelso/Longview Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event. 52 attendees all networking and enjoying the lovely setting of my premier Longview view property listing. Big thanks to the Kelso/Longview Chamber of Commerce for allowing me to host this event. What a great evening including good food, beverage, entertainment and local businesses people exchanging ideas on how to shape the future of Cowlitz county!
